It takes roughly 3-7 days to get access to your account.

When messaging Instagram please use this template:

“I think my account disabled by mistake. Please recover my Instagram account. I do not avoid Instagram terms and rules”.

Instagram will ask you to send a photo with the number for verification.

Once this is done wait for customer support to respond.
