# Account Settings Lost Or Bot Deactivated

### Clear Browser Cache And Cookies

This is the first port of call if your IBF or Hyper account settings seem to be playing up.  Navigate to your browsers settings page and clear the cache and cookies.  Refresh the IBF page and you should now be able to change your settings without loosing anything.

### Re-add Your Account

If the problem persists then you must delete the Instagram account from the IBF accounts page.  You can then re-add the account and the problem should disappear.
